Nora has been in the real estate industry for over 35 years. She started as an investor, landlord, homeowner, and flipper both in Florida and Georgia until she became a real estate associate working for an office with more than 1,500 agents. In August of 2018, she became a broker. Previous ownership of three companies in diverse fields gave her extensive experience in management, accounting, team building, marketing, and sales.
Nora is also an educator, and it has instilled in her the patience and knowledge needed to train our incoming agents.
Ralph, just like Nora, has over 35 years of experience in the real estate business—first for himself and then as a real estate associate. He is an army veteran and a retired educator with nearly 31 years of service and cares for our youth.
As an educator, Ralph trained students in everything from industry certification, teamwork, and job interview to investing, money management, professionalism, and the ability to adapt to the ever-changing world. With this, he was able to help them meet the needs of the employment industries. Ralph is a people person, a team player, and a great team builder and motivator.
Cynthia “CP” Petill brings with her many years of experience in the mortgage industry and real estate. Her expertise, patience, professionalism, and helpful demeanor are assets to our company and a huge assistance to our clients as they go through the home buying process, especially for first-time homebuyers.
Experience as a teacher, building level administrator, and university professor has provided Sharon with an ability to work with people of differing backgrounds, ability levels, and cultures. Both teaching and leadership roles have provided her with experience in resolving issues in a fair, ethical manner to assure the most positive outcome possible for all parties.
Involved in real estate since 2007 as an owner-manager of multiple rental properties, then later as a Realtor, has given Sharon insight into people and housing from a variety of aspects. With a background in the repair and maintenance of properties, she feels very qualified to assist people in selecting their most valuable asset…their home!
Sharon has been a Florida resident for over 25 years.
